Jeffrey L Cowgill Sr. is the principal consultant and President of JA-Tech Consulting, LLC. His professional expertise spans over forty years of Department of Defense (DoD) staff, weapon system acquisition, and sub-system acquisition experience as a civilian employee and industry consultant. His leadership and management experience ranges from Staff Officer at the headquarters for the former Air Force's Logistics Command to Director of Logistics for the Air Force's F-16 program. During his career he has held assignments in ten weapon system/sub-system offices executing acquisition and logistics management processes and principles for eighteen Air Force and international programs. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Management with a concentration in Logistics.
