Officer at the headquarters for the former Air Force's Logistics Command

his career he has held assignments in ten weapon system/sub-system

principles for eighteen Air Force and international programs

He has specific experience in munitions development, test planning, electro-optic engineering, and budgeting for research programs.
Frank Funicelli;Over 40 years aerospace and aerospace related experience to include: manufacturing operations, program management and business development. Twenty years in a small business environment as Program Manager, V.P. Operations and Senior V.P. Business Development with extensive experience in Government and commercial proposal preparation and writing as well as developing company capability presentations.
Vickie Getter; Dept of Navy (Ret) 36 years experience: US Air Force and US Navy integrated logistics; Chief of the Logistics and Industrial Operations Group and Logistics Systems Analysis Group, NAVAIR Training Systems Division; Acquisition program and project management, NAVAIR Training Systems Division and Air Force’s Aeronautical Systems Center. She has specific experience in acquisition logistics, program management, depot planning, support equipment acquisition, and processes improvements.
Larry Ivey; DAF (Ret) and Industry Consultant: 30+ years experience with the Air Force and industry in Human Systems Integration in technical areas of human engineering, operator interfaces, anthropometric accommodation, workload analysis, requirements definitions, standards development, life support systems, and escape systems.
Stephen Miller;DAF (Ret) and Industry Consultant in defense acquisition: 38+ years of experience covering all aspects of a program acquisition life cycle; executive level positions as Director, Acquisition Excellence for Air Force’s Aeronautical Systems Center; Deputy Director for the Special Operation Forces Program Office; Director of Air Force’s Flight Training Mission. Group; Deputy System Program Director for the T-6/T-1A Flight Training Program Office. He has specific experience in large organization operations/dynamics, Air Force budgeting process, Air Force acquisition processes to include business strategies and source selection.
Fred Pumroy; a small business owner for twenty four (24) years: served 20 years and nine months in the Air Force as a pilot and program manager. He has thirty-five years of extensive experience in all areas of supervision and program management with direct responsibility for planning, budgeting, scheduling, training, purchasing, operations, test and international public relations.
Dennis Ryan; DAF (Ret) and Ohio Army National Guard , Colonel (Ret), 35+ years experience: Chief, Logistics Information Systems Engineering/Integration Office, led systems engineering and technical integration of logistics information systems; IT source selections; logistics management expertise in weapon systems acquisition and information management systems; international program management; Army material management, supply operations and Command Post operations and mobilizations. He has specific experience in B-1B, F-16, and logistics information systems acquisition with emphasis on supply chain management.
KeeKee Schuh;DAF (Ret), 36 years of experience with the US Air Force and as an Industry Consultant: Her competencies include Program Management, Acquisition Management, Configuration/Data Management, Strategic Specialist, Integration Manager, Facilitator/Trainer and Business Development. She led the Air Force Enterprise Leadership process initiative which was the foundation for ensuring all future Air Force capabilities are horizontally integrated across the enterprise product centers within Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Space Command, and across the Air Force. She has supported the F-16, Maverick, Tri-Service Standoff Attack Missile, Predator/Reaper, and next generation tanker programs. Mike Shumaker; Over 30 years experience with all facets of manufacturing, from Supplier Selection, Management as a Quality Engineer through system installation, integration, test, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and training at Dept. of Defense and commercial customer locations worldwide. Experienced with: Managing suppliers, delivery schedules and quality through quality system and process audits, product inspections, and documentation reviews; continuous improvement and Kaizen activities to improve yields and reduce waste, scrap, and resource costs; leading and training multi-functional teams to collect and analyze data, investigate issues and continually improve processes; field engineering and customer support programs; and the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Quality, and Problem-Solving Tools.
Marie Strevey; DAF (Ret),35+ years of experience: varied assignments for the US Air Force, US Army as a civilian and support contractor; logistics management assignments supporting varied munitions programs, foreign military sales and weapons systems; developed training requirements for weapon systems. She has specific experience in acquisition logistics planning, maintenance system acquisition, UID programs, and test, ILS planning, and evaluations.
Ted B. Wendeln’s professional expertise covers over thirty-four years of Department of Defense, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), experience in US Air Force acquisition (FMS System Sales), logistics and program management supporting US allies and coalition partner Air Forces. During his career he held management positions associated with FMS System Sales and Sustainment working with major US Defense Contractors and numerous foreign Air Forces. Mr. Wendeln offers personalized attention to the needs of his clients and strives to ensure the overall success of their FMS programs.
Saundra Wieser; DAF (Ret) Industry Consultant in US and international New Business Development: 40+ years experience in defense acquisition contracting covering all aspects of a programs acquisition life cycle; extensive experience in government acquisition strategy development; assist industry in proposal capture process to include pink/red team reviews; extensive source selection background; 28 years as a warranted government Contracting Officer.
